The Semi-premix fan assisted burner, has a low level of CO and
NOx polluting emissions and is hyperstoichiometric. It can work
with a limited air excess providing high efficiency. |
In fact, it is generally used with a traditional gas collectors with
injectors assisted by a pushing fan (or in "aspiration"), which
allows to direct only primary air into the venturi tubes to obtain
an optimal combustion with very limited emissions. |
The specific loading (power per unit surface) is very high, an
advantage for powerful and compact appliances. |
This burner is normally used in boilers with cast iron, steel or
copper exchangers by foil package (pool heaters, etc.). In this
case it can be installed “in battery”, like traditional burners. |
